You can request deletion of your Trustd account and associated personal data at any time. Trustd is operated by Flintr Technologies. This page describes what happens when you delete your account, what data is removed, and how to request deletion.
How to Request Deletion
You have two options:
- In-app: Sign in to your dashboard, open Settings → Account, and choose Delete my account.
- By email: Send a request from the email address associated with your account to [email protected] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, profile picture)
- Your storefront, shop settings, and uploaded media
- Your products, categories, and collections
- Your custom domain configuration
- Push notification subscriptions
- Personal identifiers from any reviews you submitted
What May Be Retained
Some data may be retained where required by law or legitimate business need:
- Transaction records (order totals, invoices, payout history) — retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax, accounting, and audit obligations.
- Anonymised analytics — aggregated, non-identifying usage data may be retained indefinitely.
- Fraud / abuse records — limited records may be retained to protect the platform and other users from repeated abuse.
Timeline
We process deletion requests within 7 business days. All personal data is fully removed from our systems within 30 days of the request, except for data retained as described above.
