1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Trustd (the “Service”), operated by Flintr Technologies (“Flintr”, “we”, “our”, “us”), an entity based in India. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Trustd enables sellers to create storefronts, list products, collect verified customer reviews, and accept orders via WhatsApp or online payments. Flintr is a platform provider; we are not a party to transactions between sellers and their customers.

3. Account Registration

By registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Keep your account credentials secure
Be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
Accept responsibility for all activity on your account

4. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on Trustd, you agree to:

Provide accurate product information, prices, and availability
Fulfil orders in a timely manner and honour advertised prices
Respond to customer inquiries professionally
Comply with all applicable laws and tax obligations
Not list illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items
Not manipulate reviews or engage in fraudulent activity

5. Review Policy

Reviews on Trustd must be:

Based on a genuine transaction with the seller
Submitted by real customers using valid contact details for verification
Free from abusive, defamatory, or misleading content Sellers must not solicit, fabricate, or incentivise reviews in a way that misrepresents their reputation. Flintr reserves the right to remove reviews that violate this policy.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan

Trustd offers a free plan at no charge. The free plan includes core storefront features including unlimited products, WhatsApp ordering, and verified reviews, with limitations on certain advanced features.

Trustd Pro — Auto-Renewable Subscription

Trustd Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks all platform features.

Subscription name: Trustd Pro

Available subscription lengths and prices:

Monthly — ₹199 per month
Annual — ₹999 per year (billed as a single annual payment) Free trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and the applicable fee will be charged to your payment method.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your payment method will be charged within 24 hours before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period except where required by applicable law.

Price changes: We will notify you of any pricing changes before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated pricing.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international). Flintr does not store card numbers or banking credentials. Subscription fees are billed in advance.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All Trustd branding, software, and platform features are the property of Flintr Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission. You retain ownership of the content you upload; by uploading it, you grant Flintr a licence to display it for the purpose of operating your storefront.

8. Termination

Flintr may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice. You may close your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete my account.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flintr Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue or data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
