Getting Started

How do I set up my Trustd storefront? +

Setting up takes under 2 minutes. Sign up, add your boutique name and logo, upload your products with photos and prices, and share your unique Trustd link in your Instagram bio or WhatsApp. That's it — your storefront is live.

Do I need any technical knowledge to use Trustd? +

None at all. If you can upload a photo on Instagram, you can set up Trustd. Everything is designed for boutique owners, not developers.

Can I use Trustd with my existing Instagram and WhatsApp? +

Yes — Trustd works alongside Instagram and WhatsApp. You don't switch platforms. You just share your Trustd link in your bio or messages, and customers shop from there.

Products & Storefront

How many products can I add? +

You can add unlimited products to your Trustd storefront. Organize them into collections to make it easy for customers to browse.

Can I update product prices and availability? +

Yes. You can update prices, descriptions, and mark items as out of stock anytime. Changes reflect on your storefront instantly.

Can I use my own domain for my storefront? +

Yes. You can connect a custom domain like shop.yourboutique.com so customers see your brand, not Trustd's.

Orders & Payments

How do customers pay? +

Trustd supports UPI, cards, and bank transfer. Payments go directly to your account — Trustd does not hold your money.

How do I know when a customer places an order? +

You get a WhatsApp notification the moment someone places an order, with the customer's details and what they ordered. No app to check — it comes straight to your phone.

Can I accept Cash on Delivery orders? +

Yes. You can enable COD as a payment option for your customers when setting up your store.

How do I track my orders? +

All orders are visible in your Trustd dashboard. You can update order status, add tracking information, and keep customers informed from one place.

Account & Billing

Is Trustd free to use? +

Trustd is currently in early access. Join the waitlist and you'll get early access plus a free setup call when we launch.

Can I have multiple boutiques on one account? +

Currently each account supports one storefront. If you run multiple boutiques, reach out to us and we'll help you find the right setup.

How do I delete my account? +

Email us at [email protected] and we'll take care of it for you within 24 hours.
